For general return&exchange

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your product to request a return.
 

For Brigii Family

For customers who have joined our Brigii Family, we will extend your return period to 60 days.
 

How to Return or Exchange

Return

1、Requirments:To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it, unscratched, with tags (if have), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All the replacement attachments will not be able to issue the return without quality issues.
 
2、Return process:To start a return, you can contact us at service@brigii.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
 

Exchange

1、 Requirments: If you want to exchange your product, you first need to meet the above requirements of return.
 
2、 Exchange process: To start an exchange, you can contact us first. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package. After we received and inspected your product, we will ship a same product to you for exchange.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
